甘蔗皮微波碱预处理废液中钙离子去除研究

【摘要】 为减弱钙离子对甘蔗皮碱预处理废液厌氧发酵产甲烷的抑制效应,采用CO2去除该废液中的钙离子。通过单因素试验探讨了温度、CO2通入量以及时间对钙离子去除率的影响以及溶液p H值、总糖和总酚含量的变化。研究发现当温度为30℃,CO2通入量为120 m L条件下,预处理废液中p H值为7. 9左右,钙离子去除率最高为64. 45%,总糖损失率8%,总酚去除率60%。结果表明,CO2可有效去除该预处理废液中的钙离子浓度,同时有效保留了糖分,减少总酚的含量。

【Abstract】 In order to reduce the inhibitory effect of calcium ions on the anaerobic fermentation of sugarcane alkali pretreatment effluent,CO2 was used to remove calcium ions from the waste liquid. The effects of temperature,CO2 flow and time on removal rate of calcium ion and p H value,total sugar and total phenol content of the solution were investigated by single factor experiments. The study found that the optimal conditions for calcium removal were as follows: temperature was 30 ℃,the CO2 flow was 120 m L and the time was 5 min. The pH value,calcium removal efficiency,total sugar loss and total phenol removal efficiency of the effluent were 7. 9,64. 45%,8% and 60%,respectively. The results showed that the use of CO2 can effectively remove the calcium content in the pretreatment effluent,effectively retain the sugar content and reduce the total phenol content.
