【Abstract】 During the troubled times of the Spring and Autumn period and warring States period,political corruption would lead to subjugation as well as civil commotion of a vassal state.For this reason,political and cultural elites advocated "Honesty" as the programme for establishing a country and the foundation of state governance.Likewise,vassal state rulers attached great importance to the construction of honest culture,and all schools of scholars actively probed into it.As a result,positive effects had made in terms of image construction of a clean state,system construction of a clean government,moral construction of honest officials and theory construction of honest ethics.更多还原
