烟草黑胫病与青枯病生防芽孢杆菌筛选

【摘要】 烟草黑胫病与青枯病是贵州省黔西南州安龙县烤烟上主要根茎病害。为筛选防治烟草黑胫病与青枯病的芽孢杆菌,从安龙县烟草黑胫病与青枯病混合发生地块采集健康烟株根际土壤,分离到根际芽孢杆菌662株。采用平板对峙法筛选同时拮抗这2种病菌的芽孢杆菌。结果表明,2株芽孢杆菌具明显拮抗烟草黑胫病菌(Phytophthora nicotianae)与青枯病菌(Ralatonia solanacearum)的能力,通过形态学、生理生化测定及分子生物学鉴定,2株芽孢杆菌均为解淀粉芽孢杆菌(Bacillus amyloliquefaciens)。本研究为贵州烟草生防制剂的研发打下基础。

【Abstract】 Tobacco black shank and bacterial wilt are the major rhizomatic diseases of tobacco planting regions in Anlong,southwest of Guizhou province. Healthy tobacco rhizosphere soil,collected in high incidence of tobacco black shank and bacterial wilt fields in Anlong,Guizhou province,were isolated to 662 Bacillus strains. Antagonistic Bacillus against black shank and bacterial wilt were screened with a plate confrontation method,and the results show that 2 Bacillus had obvious antagonistic ability against Phytophthora nicotianae and Ralatonia solanacearum. These 2 Bacillus were identified as Bacillus amyloliquefaciens through morphological,physiological and biochemical,and molecular biology analysis. This study lays a foundation for the development of Guizhou tobacco bio-control agents.
