环保型超大直径浅圆筒仓几个关键问题的分析研究

【摘要】 本文以某超大直径全封闭圆形混凝土料仓为研究对象,按照我国混凝土筒仓规范的要求和已完成的筒仓设计,对在各不均匀贮料堆载作用下和不同工况作用下的考虑上部结构—基础—地基共同作用的筒仓进行计算并得出有限元分析结果;对于季节温差下的典型工况,进行了热—结构耦合后的有限元分析,并同样对结果作出分析比较,得出季节温差对结构的影响;根据环形预应力筋的作用机理,采用等效荷载法模拟预应力作用,分析圆筒仓结构满载和空载两种情况预压力作用下的受力性能,并和未施加预应力时做对比,探讨预应力的作用。

【Abstract】 A fully enclosed Circular concrete silo with large diameter according to the China specification requirements of concrete silo and the completed design of the silo was studied,considering the upper structure-basic-Foundation joint action of the silo,the finite element analysis results in uneven material heap load and in different operating conditions was calculated and obtained;To the typical operating conditions about the range of season temperature,coupled Thermal-structural finite element analysis was conducted and was compared.The result of the finite analysis,to draw the range of seasonal temperature how to influence the structure;According to the mechanism of action of the annular prestressing tendons,use method of equivalent load simulation prestress,analyse the stress performance of the silo structure at full load and no-load both cases under the pre-pressure,and compare with no pre-stressed,investigate the role of prestressing.
