【Abstract】 The construction of think tanks in American universities follows the corresponding political logic, and is influenced by the corresponding political positions, viewpoints or inference(argument) methods in terms of target construction, organizational construction and resource security. The political logic of the construction of think tanks in American universities is mainly reflected in the following aspects: focusing on participating in politics as the target; closely contacting the government in organization; and striving for major political support in resource security. Behind the realization of political logic in the construction of think tanks in American universities is the conflict between political culture and academic culture, the power control between government control and university autonomy, and the game between political interests and college interests. And therefore, maintaining relative independence is the fundamental way to build a think tank in American universities.更多还原
