一种瞬时浮点ADC电路的设计
The design of an instantaneous floating-point ADC circuit
【摘要】 提出了一种瞬时浮点ADC电路的设计方案,论述了循环放大与自动校零算法、浮点ADC原理及其实现方法。该电路可实现失调误差自动补偿、快速增益自适应控制以及浮点模数转换等,其全局和瞬时动态范围分别达到150 dB、90 dB,采样速率达80~130 ks/s,有效精度达25 bi。t
【Abstract】 This paper presents the design proposal of an floating-point including its working principle,and discusses the cycle amplification and the automatic zero adjustment algorithm.The circuit can make self-compensation for offset errors and perform automatic gain control and floating-point A/D conversion fleetly.The circuit is provided with a full dynamic range of 150 dB,an instantaneous dynamic range of 90 dB,a sampling speed of 80-130 ksps and an accuracy of 25 bits.
