【摘要】 广义虚拟经济背景下,不断进行技术创新并提供客户需要的新产品是企业可持续发展的重要手段,人力资本对于企业技术创新至关重要。本文采用案例研究方法,以中标软件为研究对象,研究了企业成功进行技术创新的内在机理。研究发现,企业技术创新过程中面临利用性创新和探索性创新的悖论,双元能力能够化解悖论,高层管理者通过激励政策、信息分享渠道、组织学习的整合机制可以促进员工与新技术的"链接",从而成功推动了技术创新。

【Abstract】 In the age of generalized virtual economy, technology innovation and new product base on new technology commercialization has become an important means to gain competitive advantage. Human capital is very important for technology innovation. This paper takes CS2 C as a case to explain how enterprises success-fully promote technology innovation and commercialization. The findings show that: there are strategic paradoxes between exploitative and exploratory businesses in process of incumbent enterprises technology innovation, and ambidexterity capabilities is the key to resolving strategic paradox, three types integration mechanism, such as incentive measures, information sharing channels, and organizational learning can facilitate the ‘linkages’ between employee and the nee the technology and then this can promote technology innovation commercialization successfully.
