燃煤电厂脱硫废水零排放处理技术研究进展

【摘要】 燃煤电厂脱硫废水具有含盐量高、成分复杂等特点,处理难度极大,直接排放会对环境造成严重污染。对国内几种具有应用前景的脱硫废水零排放技术进行介绍,分析了不同技术的原理及优缺点。展望了燃煤电厂脱硫废水处理技术的发展趋势,指出利用旁路烟道及旁路喷雾干燥零排放处理技术的优势,在此基础上探索高效清洁、低成本的零排放处理技术将成为脱硫废水排放领域的研究重点。

【Abstract】 The desulphurization wastewater from coal-fired power plants is characterized by high salinity,complex components,difficult to be treated,and its direct discharge can cause serious environmental pollution. Several kinds of zero-discharge technologies for desulphurization wastewater having application prospects are introduced, and the principles,advantages and disadvantages of different treatment technologies analyzed. The development trend of desulfurization wastewater treatment technology in coal-fired power plants is predicted and the advantages of using bypass flue and bypass spray drying zero-discharge treatment technologies are pointed out. On this basis,the exploration of efficient,clean,and low-cost zero-discharge treatment technologies will be the research emphasis in the desulfurization wastewater discharge field.
