【摘要】 利用2009年1月-2010年4月地震、3.2m地温、降水场资料对该时段地气系统的演变特征进行了分析,解释了其气候变化原因,并初步估计2010年全国汛期降水形势。结果表明,强震是破坏"正多负少规则"的重要因素,震前的孕震三步曲、震后两强震连线中点的拍频涡及强震后准半年周期性干旱共同组成了影响2009年气候异常的控制系统。

【Abstract】 Using the data of earthquake,3.2 m deep ground temperature and rainfall field from January 2009 to April 2010,the evolution of earth-atmosphere system is analyzed,which,on the one hand,attempts to clarify the cause of climate change during this time;on the other hand,tries to predict the precipitation situation in the flood season of 2010 preliminarily.The results show that the strong earthquake is an important factor in the destruction of the rule of more rain in positive ground temperature and less rain in negative ground temperature.Moreover,there is an earthquake-birth trilogy before the earthquake,a beat frequency vortex is occurring in the mid-point of two past strong earthquakes and a drought with a quasi-half-year period is appeared after the earthquake,in the end,all of which make up of the control system over the climate anomaly together in 2009.
