江孜沙棘叶片SPAD值与叶绿素含量相关性研究

【摘要】 为了研究江孜沙棘(Hippophae gyantsensis)SPAD值与叶绿素的关系,应用分光光度计法与SPAD叶绿仪法分别测定了江孜沙棘叶片的叶绿素含量和SPAD值,建立SPAD值与叶绿素a、叶绿素b及总叶绿素的指数模型、线性模型、对数模型、多项式模型和乘幂模型的拟合方程,来确定最佳拟合模型。结果表明:江孜沙棘叶片SPAD值与总叶绿素、叶绿素a及叶绿素b之间存在极显著正相关;SPAD值与叶绿素a、叶绿素b及总叶绿素的最佳拟合方程分别是多项式模型(y=0.0014x~2-0.093x+2.3438)、线性模型(y=0.0083x-0.1203)和指数模型(y=0.2484e0.0358x)。通过江孜沙棘叶片各叶绿素实测值与预测值的统计检验表明,叶绿素a和总叶绿素的实测值与预测值之间差异不显著(P>0.05),故可通过模型来预测江孜沙棘叶片叶绿素的含量。

【Abstract】 In order to investigate the relationship between SPAD value and chlorophyll of Hippophae gyantsensis, the chlorophyll content and SPAD Chlorophyll meter of Hippophae gyantsensis leaves were determined by spectrophotometer and SPAD values, then the SPAD value and chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and total chlorophyll index models, the linear model, the logarithmic model, the polynomial model, and the fitting equation of the power model were established to determine the best fit model. The results showed that there was a significant positive correlation between SPAD value and chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and total chlorophyll in the leaves of Hippophae gyantsensis. The best fitting equations of SPAD value and chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and total chlorophyll were polynomial model(y=0.0014x~2-0.093x+2.3438), linear model(y=0.0083x-0.1203), and index models(y=0.2484e0.0358x). The statistical test for measured and predicted leaf chlorophyll of Hippophae gyantsensis showed that the difference between the measured value and the predicted value of chlorophyll a and total chlorophyll was not significant. Thus, the chlorophyll content of Hippophae gyantsensis can be predicted by model.
