造纸白泥旋流雾化脱硫除尘一体化技术试验研究

【摘要】 针对造纸行业烟气超低排放要求,以某造纸企业燃煤锅炉为例,运用造纸白泥作为单一脱硫剂,采用旋流雾化脱硫除尘一体化技术进行烟气超低排放处理,分析运行方式、入口烟气温度、吸收塔内pH值等参数对脱硫效率和除尘效率的影响。结果表明:采用造纸白泥作为单一脱硫剂的情况下,应用旋流雾化脱硫除尘一体化技术,可以在脱硫单塔、无额外湿电除尘设备的条件下实现出口烟气SO2浓度稳定低于35 mg/m3,粉尘浓度不超过5 mg/m3的超低排放指标;旋流雾化层全部投运的情况下,平均脱硫效率可达99.51%,平均除尘效率高达94.12%,可以实现造纸厂废料资源综合利用。

【Abstract】 According to ultra-low emission requirements of flue gas in papermaking industry, taking the coal-fired boiler of a papermaking enterprise as an example, white mud from papermaking was utilized as single desulfurizer in the ultra-low emission treatment of flue gas by the swirl atomization desulfurization and dedusting integration technology, and then the effects of the parameters, such as operation methods,inlet flue gas temperature, pH and so on, on the desulphurization and dedusting efficiencies were analyzed.The results showed that using white mud from papermaking as single desulfurizer in the swirl atomization desulfurization and dedusting integration technology could achieve the ultra-low emission targets of SO2 concentration under 35 mg/m3 and dust concentration under 5 mg/m3 under the condition of a single desulfurization tower and no additional wet electric dust removal equipment. With all swirl atomization layers put into operation, the average desulfurization efficiency can reach 99.51%, and the average dedusting efficiency can reach 94.12%, which can realize the comprehensive utilization of paper mill waste resources.
