泥石流远程在线探测与预警系统研究
Research on Mud-rock Flow On-line Remote Detection and Pre-warning System
【摘要】 为了在泥石流到来前给灾区居民发布报警信息,采用GPRS无线通信技术设计了泥石流远程在线探测与预警系统研究,系统由监控中心、气象站、预警广播装置和传输网络组成。气象站利用雨量传感器采集雨情信息,通过山体移位传感器获取山体位移状态,经过GPRS模块发送至监控中心的服务器上。一旦出现暴雨或者山体移位,监控中心发送警报信号给设置在危险区的预警广播装置,提醒附近居民采取预防措施,做好转移撤离准备工作。经试验表明,该系统工作稳定,实时性高,能准确测量雨量和降雨强度信息,预警时间小于2s,能最大限度地减少人员伤亡及财产损失。
【Abstract】 In order to send pre-alarming information to people before the mud-rock flow came,the mud-rock flow on-line remote detection and pre-alarming system was designed using GPRS wireless communication technology.The system was composed of a detection center,meteorological observatories,pre-alarming broadcasting devices and transfer network.The meteorological observatories used a rainfall sensor to get the information of rain,and obtained the status of hill shift though shift sensor,and send them to the server in the detection center through GPRS module.
