新型抗拔管桩承台接桩连接设计研究

【摘要】 对《预应力混凝土管桩图集》中的管桩与承台的接桩节点进行了改进,提出了取消填芯混凝土、将锚固钢筋安装于端板并增设下锚钢筋的接桩节点形式。利用数值模型验证了上锚钢筋与下锚钢筋的作用及接桩节点的抗拔承载力。计算结果表明:所提出的上锚钢筋布置方案是合理的,提出的下锚钢筋可以延缓管桩端部的开裂,取消填芯混凝土的接桩节点具有充足的抗拔承载力。

【Abstract】 In order to improve the uplift bearing capacity of PHC pile and pile cap splicing connection proposed from Atlas of Prestressed Concrete Pipe Piles,a new type of connection joint without the filled core concrete was proposed,which installed anchor bars on the end plates and added lower achor bars. The numerical model was used to verify the effect of the upper and lower anchor bars,and the uplift bearing capacity of the connection joint. According to the simulation results,the layout of the upper anchor bars was reasonable.The lower anchor bars could delay the cracking of the PHC pile ends and the new connection joint showed a good uplift bearing capacity.
