中美边坡拟静力稳定分析方法的对比研究

【摘要】 地震滑坡是一种地震引起的常见的次生地质灾害,往往给人类生命财产安全和社会可持续发展带来巨大的损害。拟静力方法由于其简单、实用且积累了丰富的工程经验,仍然是目前评价边坡抗震稳定性的最常用方法。通过对GB 50330—2013《建筑边坡工程技术规范》和美国CGS-SP117A《加州地震灾害评估与减灾指导方法》关于边坡拟静力稳定分析方法进行了对比研究。结果表明:中、美标准最大的差异在于地震折减系数的确定。根据GB 50330—2013,地震折减系数等于0. 25,为一个常数。而在确定地震折减系数时考虑了例如震级、震源距等影响因素,较为全面。通过一个算例分析表明:由GB 50330—2013确定的地震折减系数在大多情况下均比美国CGS-SP117A的要小。因此,由GB 50330—2013计算得到的稳定安全系数比CGS-SP117A的较大,造成我国GB 50330—2013的边坡抗震稳定性评价在某些条件下是偏于危险的。建议修订GB 50330—2013时,在深入研究边坡地震动力响应与抗震稳定性的基础上,对地震折减系数与稳定安全标准进行合理改进。

【Abstract】 Earthquake landslides are common secondary geological disasters caused by earthquakes,which often cause great damage to human life and property safety,as well as social sustainable development. The conventional quasi-static method has been widely used in engineering design due to simple and practical. Based on the Technical Code for Building Slope Engineering( GB 50330—2013) of China and the Guidelines for Evaluating and Mitigating Seismic Hazards in California( CGS-SP117 A),a comparative research on the quasi-static methods was performed.The results indicated that the largest difference between these two design codes was the determination of the seismic equivalence reduction factor( feq). The GB 50330—2013 specified a single value for feqof 0. 25. In CGS-SP117 A,numerous factors,such as magnitude and distance,were considered in determining feq. A case study showed that the feqvalues obtained from GB 50330—2013 were much smaller than those from CGS-SP117 A for most cases.Consequently,the safety factors evaluated by GB 50330—2013 were much greater than those of CGS-SP117 A. For the revision of GB 50330—2013,it was advised that the feqvalues and safety standard should be properly improved based on a composite further analysis of the seismic behavior and stability of slopes under earthquake conditions.
