节点支撑对单层单跨轻型门式刚架结构抗震性能影响研究

【摘要】 轻型门式刚架结构由于自重较轻,传统观点认为地震作用对其影响较小,但从近期国内外发生的数次强地震破坏情况发现,该结构依然会发生破坏。基于门式刚架整体拟静力试验结果,提出一种抗震构造措施:具体为梁柱节点区域增设支撑,通过支撑连接,节点域的受力更加合理,整体结构的承载力得到提高。通过有限元软件对节点支撑门式刚架进行滞回模拟,得到结构的荷载-位移滞回曲线、骨架曲线、刚度退化曲线、延性及耗能能力等,并与不设支撑的门式刚架进行比较发现:带节点支撑的门式刚架破坏形式发生明显改变,应力分布更加合理,极限承载力提高20%以上。门式刚架良好的抗震性能体现在较高的承载力上,节点支撑可有效提高整体结构的承载力,且构造简单,施工方便,具有较好的工程应用意义。

【Abstract】 Due to the fact that the dead weight of portal frame is lighter,traditional ideas hold that the earthquake impact on it is very small. Yet,it was found by the damages from recent several strong earthquakes at home and abroad that damage would be bound to occur in the portal frame. Based on the results of pseudo-static test of a whole portal frame structure,it was put forward a structural measure,specific practice was that braces were used in beamcolumn node region,by which the mechanical behavior of the whole joint region was more reasonable,portal frame column could share part load,the structural bearing capacity was enhanced. By finite element software the hysteretic behavior of portal frame with node braces was simulated,and loading-displacement hysteretic curve,skeleton curve,stiffness degradation curve,ductility,energy dissipation capacity etc were got. Comparison with the result of pseudostatic test of a portal frame found that the failure mode of portal frame with braces was changed greatly,stress distribution became more reasonable; the bearing capacity was enhanced by more than 20%. The good seismic performance of portal frame built on higher bearing capacity,the node supporting can effectively improve the structural bearing capacity,and the structure of the brace is very simple and convenient,it is highly significant to projects.
