预应力钢带加固火灾后钢筋混凝土T型梁抗剪性能研究

【摘要】 为研究预应力钢带加固受火后钢筋混凝土T型梁的抗剪性能,共完成了11根火灾后加固混凝土T型梁试件和1根未受火对比梁试件的试验研究,其中火灾试验在火灾试验炉中按ISO 834标准升温曲线进行。通过试验研究,着重考察预应力钢带间距、预应力钢带层数、火灾试验受火时间等关键参数对火灾后加固混凝土梁受剪破坏形态和受剪承载能力的影响规律。试验研究结果表明:不同加固度的火灾后加固试件抗剪承载能力比未受火未加固试件抗剪承载能力提高20%~50%,有效提高了火灾后混凝土梁抗剪承载能力,同时预应力钢带加固还能有效改善试件剪切破坏开裂性能和变形性能,有效提高加固试件的延性性能。

【Abstract】 To study the shear performance of prestressed steel strip strengthened after-fire concrete T-shaped beam,eleven after-fire reinforced concrete T-shaped beam specimens retrofitted with prestressed steel strips and one normal temperature control beam were tested,eleven beam specimens included in fire test were heated under ISO 834 curve.It was examined the effects of layer numbers of steel strip,the spacing of steel strip and fire exposure time on the shearing failure mode and shearing capacity. Through analysis of static load test,it was found that the shear capacity retrofitted beam with different strengthening degree could be increased by 20% ~ 50% as compared with normal temperature control beam,this skill could improve the shear capacity of the concrete beam efficiently. It could also improve cracking resistance and deformation properties of the specimens under shear failure,and the ductility of the strengthened beams could be significantly increased.
