开挖爆破对核电站新浇混凝土影响的分析研究

【摘要】 通过收集分析国内外相关规范对爆破振动的监控要求,结合我国多年来核电站建设实践经验和国外相关试验研究成果和实际监测数据,通过对比分析,从爆破振动对新浇混凝土的强度影响和对钢筋混凝土结构中钢筋与混凝土黏结力影响两个方面,探讨爆破振动对新浇钢筋混凝土结构性能的影响程度,得出受到适当爆破量控制的短时爆破振动对新浇混凝土后期强度和钢筋与混凝土黏结力的影响并不显著的结论。

【Abstract】 Data and information collection and analysis are conducted for the inspection and control requirements of blasting vibration control for nearby green concrete in technical codes and standards at home and abroad.And both engineering experience for nuclear power plant construction and blasting test data from the past testing program are also collected.Analysis and comparing are done for the blasting vibration effects on concrete strength and the bond strength between steel bar and concrete to discuss the influence of blasting vibration on green concrete structure capacity.And the conclusion is got that properly controlled blasting vibration has little influence on green concrete both in concrete strength and bond strength between steel bar and concrete.
