地下连续墙基础在日本的多样化发展

【摘要】 自20世纪60年代以来,日本大力发展地下连续墙技术,研发了适用于不同施工场地的工法和手段,在地下连续墙基础的材料、接头、施工机械和应用领域等方面都取得了巨大的进展。在对近年来日本地下连续墙的发展和动向总结的基础上,对日本地下连续墙的发展情况予以介绍:1)地下连续墙的多样化构造形式,其中涉及到了地下连续墙-桩复合地基新型构造形式;2)地下连续墙大量用于桥梁基础的发展状况;3)地下连续墙抗地震液化基础的机理及研究概况;4)近年来快速发展的钢制地下连续墙(NS-BOX)工法。

【Abstract】 Since the diaphragm wall technique was brought to Japan in the 1960s,the diaphragm wall has been well developed and a series of breakthroughs have been made in materials,joints,machine and applications.By collecting and summarizing a great deal of Japanese references about diaphragm walls,this paper aimed to introduce the developing trend of the diaphragm wall technique in Japan.The main subjects introduced in this paper were:1) the variety in structure properties of diaphragm walls,and a new type of foundation for the composite foundation of diaphragm wall and pile;2) the applications of diaphragm walls in bridge foundations;3) the principle and the relevant research of diaphragm walls as a remedial measure against liquefaction induced by earthquake;and 4) a new type of construction method recently developed in Japan,named the NS-BOX diaphragm wall method.
