【摘要】 出于对一批别墅型房屋的质量鉴定工作的总结,得出该类房屋较为普遍的弊病,诸如:楼梯间缺少构造柱,不满足现行抗震规范要求;为满足功能要求,多数进行了改扩建,但改扩建部分与原结构连接部位处理不足,成为削弱房屋整体性的问题之一;局部因功能要求导致层高超限等等。这些都是此类房屋抗震加固需要提起注意的问题,解决这些问题对实际工程具有一定的指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 This summary from a group of villa-type housing quality appraisals shows the common shortcomings such as staircase lacks of constructional columns,which can not meet current seismic code requirements.Owing to the multi-functional requirements,the majority structures were expanded.However,some related expansion joints treatment is weakly relative with original structures,so that these joints become the issues undermining the integrity of housing,and besides some other functional requirements make the floor height exceed limit and so on.Therefore,much attention should be paid to these problems in some seismic reinforcement engineering,and the solution of which has a active significance for the actual projects.更多还原
