钢丝网筋材的加筋作用特性试验研究

【摘要】 在双绞合六边形钢丝网加筋红砂岩粗粒土大三轴试验的基础上,对钢丝网筋材的加筋机理、加筋作用发挥过程和含水量、加筋间距对加筋效果的影响进行系统的研究。分析表明,加筋双绞合六边形钢丝网可以同时提高红砂岩粗粒土的黏聚力和内摩擦角,其加筋机理不宜采用"准黏聚力"理论,工程设计时也应考虑筋材对土体内摩擦角的贡献;双绞合六边形钢丝网的加筋作用发挥有一个过程,只有当土体应变超过临界应变后才能真正起到加强作用;低围压时的加筋效果要比高围压时的加筋效果好,并且低围条件下加筋三层时的效果要比加筋二层发挥得更早,而高围压条件下则刚好相反;含水量和加筋间距对加筋效果有很大的影响,加筋试样的抗剪强度参数c、φ值随含水量的增加而减小,随加筋间距减小而增大;通过多元回归分析得到了c、φ值与含水量和加筋间距的经验公式。

【Abstract】 Based on the large scale tri-axial tests of coarse-grained red sandstone soil reinforced with double twisted hexagonal wire mesh,the reinforced mechanism,the playing process of reinforced effect,the influence of water content and reinforcement layers on the fact that the reinforced effect were studied.The results show that,due to the reinforcement can increase both the cohesion and internal fraction angle of soil,the "quasi-cohesion" theory is not suitable to this kind of reinforcement,its contribution to soil’s internal friction angle should be considered in engineering;the effect of reinforcement on soil needs a playing process,only after the soil strain transcended a critical strain,should the really reinforced effect be brought to play.The reinforcement effect under low confining stress is better than that under high confining stress,and under the low confining stress the reinforced effect of sample reinforced with three layers steel mesh played earlier than the one reinforced with two layers steel mesh,but under the high confining pressure,it is exactly the opposite;the water content and reinforced spacing have big influence on the effect,the shear strength parameters c and φ of reinforced samples decreased while the water content increased,and they increased with the decrease of reinforced spacing,the empirical formula of c and φ with reinforced spacing and water content were gotten by multiple regression analysis.
