带大底盘地下室高层建筑地震响应分析

【摘要】 在多栋高层建筑之下建有连通的地下室,由于地下室不允许断开,因此不设沉降缝和抗震缝,不均匀沉降可由后浇带或加强基础底板等方式解决,而这类结构的抗震目前尚沿用以往单栋建筑的分析方法,未考虑大底盘的影响。在分析时考虑上部结构与地基基础共同作用,根据三者共同作用的特点,建立考虑上部结构与地基基础共同作用的有限元模型,并用这一模型对结构与地基动力共同作用问题进行分析及计算工作,从计算结果中得出了一些有益的研究结论。

【Abstract】 Because the basement mustn’t be cut,when constructing the connecting basement under the high buildings.It will not be set the anti-seismic joint and the settlement joint.The asymmetry sedimentation can be resolved by setting the joint with a later pouring bond or the reinforced floor of groundwork.But this kind of construction uses the analysis method for seismic response of a single-tower,which dose not consider the effect of the large podium.The article considers the coaction between the superstructure,the groundwork and the basement.A finite element model which considers the coaction between the supersturcture,the groundwork and the basement according to the characteristic of them .Then coaction between the them is analyzed,and some useful conclusion from the result of computation is got.
