【摘要】 汶川地震中倒塌的民居造成了巨大的人员伤亡与财产损失,从农村建筑的破坏形式来看,因村庄位置、场地条件、建筑形体、空间布局等非结构性破坏因素导致的损失非常严重,不亚于因建筑结构破坏造成的损失,而此类因素却容易被忽略。通过分析地震数据材料,重新思考农村建筑抗震设计的理论与方法,从规划选址、建筑设计、构造设计等三个应对策略角度解析农村地区建筑的抗震设计方法,以期对当前进行的新农村建设提供有益的探索。更多还原

【Abstract】 It was caused that great casualties and property losses by collapsed houses in the Wenchuan Earthquake.From the destroy form of rural buildings,the non-structural factors’including village location,site conditions,architectural form,space arrangement had caused serious loss which was not less than that destroyed by structure damage,and such factors were easily ignored.Through analyzing seismic materials,we put forward earthquake-resistance methods from planning,architectural design,construction design of three strategies for rural buildings to rethinking the theories and methods which provide beneficial exploration of seismic design for the new rural constructions.更多还原
