【Abstract】 The statistics of regulations of accidental eccentricity in foreign codes are introduced first and the origins of accidental eccentricity are exploded,especially the uncertainty of stiffness.Theoretical analysis shows that the issue of accidental eccentricity should not be ignored.Structure which is symmetric nominally will become an asymmetric one with the action of accidental eccentricity.Research and discussion on the issue are retrospect and summarized,then defects and shortcomings in treating this issue are presented.更多还原
