【摘要】 在掌握短信猫二次开发接口和地震快速响应系统工作原理的基础上,研究地震速报短信接收与处理接口,通过对地震事件短信关键参数的自动获取以及对地震快速评估系统触发总线的调用,实现短信远程自动触发评估系统,完善了地震应急指挥技术系统在实际中的应用,为远程控制辅助决策系统的计算提供新的手段,缩短地震应急救援辅助决策信息产出的时间,极大地提高了地震应急响应速度。更多还原
