【Abstract】 Geographic Information System(GIS) technique is suitable for managing,manipulating,analyzing and displaying space and place related data set.The application of GIS to the construction of basic database for earthquake emergency response is introduced briefly,and taken advantage of various functions of GIS from inputting,compiling,handling,analyzing to outputting,the users can analyze and manage the date systematic and scientific,after earthquake,the database can be provided indemnification for commanders to protect against and mitigate earthquake disaster.更多还原
