高压开关设备抗震性能振动台试验研究

【摘要】 为了更好地探究高压开关设备的抗震性能,针对某型式高压开关设备,分别选用正弦扫频波、正弦共振调幅五波和实际记录地震波进行地震模拟振动台试验。试验结果表明,开关柜的纵、横向自振频率分别在10.74、2.69 Hz左右;断路器及与母线相连接部位振动较为强烈,为结构的薄弱环节,设计时须予以重视;在多次经历地震波后,开关设备的各项性能指标无明显变化,主要连接部位无明显破坏特征,绝缘子根部截面的应力值满足规范要求。

【Abstract】 To explore better the anti-seismic performance of some high voltage switchgear, sine frequency-swept wave, sine resonance beat wave and the actual-record seismic waves are applied by the shaking table on real full-size switchgear. The experimental results show that the longitudinal natural frequency of vibration is about 10.74 Hz, and that the transverse is about 2.69 Hz. Breaker and some key connecting parts with bus vibrate stronger. As the weak link, they should be paid more attention when designed. After the multiple earthquake waves with different frequency spectrum characteristics, switchgear behaves a normal function as before and the main connection components do not damage apparently. The stress values of root sections of insulator are able to satisfy the requirements of the code.
