252kV瓷柱式断路器在AG5条件下的抗震研究

【摘要】 为了研究252 kV瓷柱式断路器在AG5条件下的抗震性能,文中分析了瓷柱式断路器在地震中容易折断的原因,计算了典型252 kV瓷柱式断路器在AG5条件下的抗震性能,研究了在没有底架AG5条件下该断路器的抗震性能,讨论了底架对瓷柱断路器固有频率的影响。结果表明:无底架条件下,固有频率显著提高,因此在不同地质条件下可通过底架的设计来避开地质的特征频率,从而降低地震对该断路器的损害;在有或无底架的AG5条件下,瓷柱的最大应力均出现在瓷柱的根部,支撑瓷柱的应力均超过了高强瓷的许用值,因此为了进一步提升瓷柱式断路器的抗震水平,必须采用强度更高的支撑瓷柱;该断路器即便是采用落地布置也无法满足AG5的抗震要求,因此在高强震地区,特别是对供电要求比较高的铁道牵引变电站应避免采用瓷柱式断路器。

【Abstract】 In order to study the seismic performance of 252 kV porcelain circuit breaker under AG5,the reason for porcelain circuit breaker easy to be broken during earthquake is analyzed.In AG5 conditions,seismic performance of typical 252 kV porcelain circuit breaker has been calculated.The results show that: the natural frequency is increased obviously without chassis,so reasonable frequency could be designed to different geological conditions in order to reduce the damage from the earthquake to the circuit breaker;the highest stresses occurred in the root of the porcelain cylinder for with or without the chassis which exceeded the limit stress of the common porcelain.High strength porcelain insulator may be used in order to increase circuit breaker’s anti-seismic performance.But,in very high seismic level region,it is not recommended to use porcelain type circuit breaker,especially in electric railway substation.
