【摘要】 新发展的五大理念为民族地区补足城镇化发展的短板明确了方向和路径。创新是动力,其重点在于从产业类型、产业发展动力方面抓住绿色发展和开放发展的契机,创新培育城镇主导产业,并结合服务优先、产城融合的路径形成特色城镇化的发展模式。协调发展上,要在国家层面的各项协调区域发展投入的基础上,从城市群协调和城乡协调两个方面着手保障城市化的健康发展。共享发展上,路径在于根据不同类型农业转移人口特点,采取侧重点不同的共享发展路径,推动各民族群众在城镇化进程中实现交流交往交融,筑牢中华民族共同体意识。更多还原
