【摘要】 探索不同类型农户宅基地退出意愿及其影响因素,对推进城镇化进程中宅基地退出制度改革与试点推行具有十分重要的意义。基于四川省凉山州葫芦口镇460户农户问卷调查数据,在农户类型划分基础上辨析不同类型农户的宅基地退出意愿,并运用Logistic回归模型定量分析不同类型农户退出意愿的影响因素,据此提出针对性建议。研究结果表明,葫芦口镇的农户兼业行为普遍,农户宅基地退出意愿总体较弱,不同类型农户宅基地退出意愿的影响因素不同。纯农户受到抚养未成年人数量、退地补偿收益、宅基地面积、兴修大型水利工程的显著影响;I兼农业型受到抚养未成年人数量、退地补偿收益、兴修大型水利工程的显著影响;II兼农业型受到宅基地面积、退出政策改革的支持度、退地补偿收益、兴修大型水利工程的显著影响;非农户受到户主年龄、退出政策改革的支持度、退地补偿收益、兴修大型水利工程的显著影响;其中兴修大型水利工程对各类农户退地决策都存在显著正向影响,而退地收益对各类农户退地决策作用方向有所差异。更多还原

【Abstract】 To explore the different types of homestead withdrawal intention and its influencing factors has the very vital significance in improving the efficiency of rural land use and promoting the reform of withdrawal system of homestead in the process of urbanization and the pilot land reform operation.Based on the questionnaire survey data of 460 households in Hulukou Town,Liangshan prefecture,Sichuan province,the author discriminates the types of households,and analyzes the intention of withdrawal from the homestead of different types of farmers.Logistic regression model was used to quantitatively analyze the influencing factors and targeted opinions were then put forward.The research results show that the behavior of people at Hulukou Town of Liangshan prefecture in Sichuan province is relatively common.Farmers’ willingness to withdraw from their homestead is generally weak.The influencing factors of different types of peasant homestead withdrawal will differ.Pure peasant households are significantly affected by the number of minors,the compensation income of land withdrawal,the area of homestead,and the construction of large water conservancy projects.And agricultural type are affected by the size of the family,the number of children raised,the area of the homestead,the compensation for the return of land,and the construction of large water conservancy projects.The second type of agriculture is affected by the area of homestead,the degree of support of policy reform,the compensation of land and the construction of large water conservancy projects.The non-peasant household is affected by the age of the household,the degree of support for policy reform,the compensation benefits of land withdrawal,and the construction of large water conservancy projects.And the large scale water conservancy project has a significant positive influence on the decision making of all kinds of farmers,and the return of the land is different from the direction of the decision.更多还原
