【摘要】 贷款能力测算是水利建设项目融资方案分析的基础,也是项目可行性研究阶段分析的重点之一。介绍了公益性项目广西百色水库灌区工程贷款能力测算方法,结合灌区特点和当前农业水价综合改革要求,在农业灌溉水价分析拟定环节,采取了区别粮食作物、经济作物的做法测算项目贷款能力,为项目区今后实施农业水价综合改革进行了有益探索,给业主和出资各方提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Loan capacity calculation is not only the basis of financing scheme analysis for a water conservancy project, but also one of the key analysis works at the feasibility study stage. An introduction was made the loan capacity calculation method for Baise Reservoir Irrigation Zone Project, a public welfare project. Combined with the characteristics of irrigation zone and the requirements of current agricultural water price comprehensive reform, for analysis of agricultural irrigation water price, different water prices for food crops or cash crops were adopted. The authors also make beneficial exploration for implementing agricultural water price comprehensive reform within this project area, provide reference for owner and all investors.更多还原
