不同施肥方法对江南油杉苗期生长的影响

【摘要】 为探索江南油杉(Keteleeria fortunei var. cyclolepis)合理施肥方法,以江南油杉播种苗木为材料进行试验,分析了15种不同施肥方法对江南油杉苗木生长发育及干物质积累的影响。结果显示,除处理15(50%沼液)以外,其他14种施肥处理的江南油杉苗高、地径、地下鲜重、地上鲜重、地下干重、地上干重、总生物量、根颈粗、小根数量均显著高于对照处理(清水)(P <0.05),而对江南油杉苗期最大根长增长不显著。15种施肥处理对江南油杉地上部分的增长量的促进效果明显大于地下部分的增长量。15种施肥处理中以处理4(0.5%复合肥+0.1%尿素)对江南油杉半年苗苗高、地径生长及干物质积累效果最好,分别为22.750 cm、3.095 mm、2.341 g,分别是CK的340%、242%和618%倍。

【Abstract】 Effects of different fertilization treatments on growth and dry matter accumulation of Keteleeria fortunei var. cyclolepis seedlings were studied to explore the rational fertilization by using K. fortunei var. cyclolepis as material. Results showed that seedling height, ground diameter, fresh underground weight, fresh ground weight,dry underground weight,dry ground weight,total biomass,root neck diameter and number of small roots of the other 14 fertilization treatments were significantly higher than those of CK(P < 0.05) except for treatment 15(50% biogas slurry). Fertilization had no significant effect on root length growth. The growth of aboveground part was significantly higher than that of the underground part by 15 treatments. Treatment 4(0.5% compound fertilizer + 0.1% urea) had the best effect on seedling height, ground diameter growth and dry matter accumulation of half-a-year seedlings,which were 22.750 cm,3.095 mm and 2.341 g,respectively,340%,242% and 618% times of CK,respectively.
