具有降解NO功能的多孔水泥混凝土路面材料研究
Research on porous concrete pavement material with function of NO photo catalytic degradation
【摘要】 为研究表面涂覆TiO2涂料的多孔水泥混凝土NO降解效果和抗滑性能变化规律,按350、400、450、500 g/m2用量分别在普通水泥混凝土和3种多孔水泥混凝土试件表层喷涂纳米TiO2涂料,并在室内测试了不同条件下试件的NO降解效果以及抗滑性能。试验结果表明:与普通水泥混凝土相比,多孔水泥混凝土表层能够负载更多有效TiO2涂料,有利于NO降解;在表面受到磨损时,多孔水泥混凝土表面TiO2涂料损失相对较少,并能在磨损条件下保持较好的降解效果;多孔水泥混凝土表面抗滑性能随TiO2涂料涂覆量增加下降很少。综合考虑强度、不同条件下NO降解效果以及抗滑性衰减,适于涂覆TiO2的多孔水泥混凝土集料粒径宜在4.75~13.2 mm。
【Abstract】 In order to study the NO degradation and skid resistance of porous concretes overlaid with TiO2 coating,Nano-TiO2 photo catalytic degradation coating of 350 g / m2,400 g /m2,450 g /m2and500 g / m2 was sprayed onto the surface of ordinary concrete and 3 kinds of porous concretes,respectively.Laboratory experiments were conducted to study the NO degradation and skid resistance under different conditions.The results showed that in contrast with ordinary concrete,the surface of porous concrete can carry TiO2 coating more effectively,which benefits the NO degradation; that TiO2 coating on the porous concrete has a higher wear resistance and can maintain better degradation efficiency after wear; that the skid resistance of porous concrete decreases little with the increase ofTiO2 coating.Considering the strength,NO degradation under different conditions and skid resistance attenuations,the aggregate particle size of porous concrete should be within 4.75 ~ 13.2 mm.
