基于Arcgis的防震减灾信息系统

【摘要】 为了减少自然灾害造成的损失,基于Arcgis设计一种防震减灾信息系统,并阐述系统的关键技术。系统的AE实现态势标绘采用自定义Element标图和直接在MapControl上矢量画图,通信技术采用.NetRemoting。系统不仅可以为防震减灾的部署提供重要依据,也为各种救灾措施的实施提供信息支持,提高抗震救灾的效率。

【Abstract】 In order to reduce the losses caused by natural disasters,earthquake defense and disaster reduction information system is designed based on Arcgis,and then the key technologies are presented.We design posture plotting method based on custom Element plotting and vector drawing directly on Mapcontrol..Net Remoting communication technology is used.Not only can the system for earthquake defense and disaster reduction provide an important basis for the deployment,and to provide information in support of disaster relief measures.The system improves effectively the efficiency of the earthquake defense and disaster reduction.
