【摘要】 锁气器广泛运用于煤粉系统、除尘器等设备中,其结构简单,经济性好,便于改造,主要起到防止空气窜流造成粉尘流通不顺畅的作用,同时还具有一定的防火防爆防冲击等功能。结合车间热水锅炉落渣系统的改造,介绍了锁气器在工业锅炉除渣系统的改造、运用情况,同时对其利弊进行了简要的分析和论证。更多还原

【Abstract】 Airlock Feeders are widely used in the equipment such as the systems of coal-powder and dust remover.Its structure is simple,economical,easy to transform,playing a major prevent channeling air flow caused by dust does not flow smoothly,and it also can to prevent the fire、explosion and shock.Combined with the alteration of the hot-water boiler’s slag system,introduced the reform of Airlock Feeder in industrial boiler’s slag system.At the same time,the advantages and disadvantages were analyzed and argued.更多还原
