放电条件对电晕放电等离子体脱除羰基硫的影响研究
Effects of discharge conditions on COS conversion by corona discharge plasma
【摘要】 采用了负电晕放电方法转化脱除羰基硫(COS),对不同电极形状、电极间距、温度、输入能量比(specific inputenergy,SIE)、转化效率、总能量产率进行考察。实验结果表明,圆钢型电极比锯齿型和狼牙棒型电极对COS的转化效果更好,从能量利用的角度考虑,圆钢型电极也比锯齿型和狼牙棒型更适合转化COS;极间距越小,COS的转化效率越高,总能量产率也越高;温度升高时,较低电压下就获得一定的转化效率,并且负载电压升高,COS的转化效率升高;相同SIE时,COS的转化效率随着温度的升高而降低。
【Abstract】 Negative corona discharge was used to remove carbonyl sulfide(COS), and factors including electrode shape, electrode spacing, temperature, specific input energy(SIE), conversion efficiency and total energy yield were investigated. The results show that round bar electrode has better COS conversion effects than that of toothing bar and round toothing bar. Moreover, round bar electrode is also more suitable in energy utilization than toothing bar and round toothing bar. Smaller pole spacing can result in higher conversion efficiency and total energy yield. Observable conversion efficiency can be obtained at low voltage when temperature increases, which also increases with the increase of voltage. COS conversion efficiency decreases with the increase of temperature under same SIE.
