基于海浪因素下自动排管系统的多柔体动力学分析

【摘要】 为了研究基于海浪影响下自动排管系统的运动学特性,首先利用有限元分析软件ANSYS建立其重要柔性杆件的有限元模型;然后利用多体动力学仿真软件ADAMS,形成了自动排管机的多体系统模型;最后对其进行多柔体动力学仿真分析,得出了运动学仿真曲线,并分别将刚体、柔性体和基于海浪因素下的柔性体仿真结果进行对比。结果表明,基于海浪因素下的柔性多体系统的输出响应变化更明显,更能真实、准确地反映实际自动排管机柔性系统的运动特性。

【Abstract】 In order to study the kinematic characteristics of the automatic pipe discharging system under the in?uence of the waves,the ?nite element model of its important ?exible members was established by using the ?nite element analysis software ANSYS.The multi-body system model of the automatic pipe arrangement machine was formed by using the multi-body dynamics simulation software ADAMS. The multi-flexible dynamics simulation was carried out and the dynamic simulation characteristic curve was obtained. Under these conditions, the results of the kinematics simulation of the soft body model were compared under the rigid body and the wave factors. The results showed that the output response of the ?exible multi-body system was more obvious, more realistic and more accurate to re?ect the motion characteristics of the ?exible system of the actual automatic pipe discharging machine based on the wave factor.
