碳交易政策下汽车供应链减排成本分担合作研究

【摘要】 在碳交易政策下考虑消费者补贴因素的影响,以由单一制造商低碳技术研发和单一经销商产品促销组成的二级汽车供应链为对象,研究低碳技术研发成本和促销成本的分担问题.首先分析了供应链分散决策和集中决策的减排决策,证明集中决策优于分散决策能实现供应链的帕累托改进.在此基础上,提出了3种不同成本分担合作方式(低碳技术研发分担合作、促销分担合作和成本互担合作)探究其对供应链节点企业和供应链整体的减排策略的影响.研究表明:低碳技术研发分担合作和促销成本分担合作能提高供应链利润和减排量.成本互担合作相较于其他两种方式在满足一定条件下更能体现供应链经济效益和环境效益的最大化,实现帕累托最优.

【Abstract】 Considering the influence of consumer subsidies under the carbon trading policy, this paper studies the sharing of the research and development costs of low-carbon technologies and promotion costs in the two-level automobile supply chain composed of the research and development of lowcarbon technologies by a single manufacturer and the promotion of products by a single dealer. Firstly, the emission reduction decisions of supply chain decentralized decision-making and centralized decision-making are analyzed. It is proved that centralized decision-making is better than decentralized decision-making to realize pareto improvement of supply chain. On this basis, three different ways of cost-sharing cooperation(research and development of low-carbon technology, promotion and costsharing cooperation) are proposed to explore their impact on the emission reduction strategies of nodal enterprises in the supply chain and the supply chain as a whole. Research shows that sharing cooperation in R&D and promotion of low-carbon technologies can improve supply chain profit and emission reduction. Compared with other two methods, cost-sharing cooperation can better reflect the maximization of economic and environmental benefits of the supply chain under certain conditions and achieve pareto optimization.
