【摘要】 在汶川特大震灾中,中医救治反应迅速,组织慎密,无论在现场急救、住院救治,还是在预防、防疫、心理治疗等各个环节均凸显了中医特色,但其中也凸显出诸如知识共享、知识产权保护、激励机制、文化建设等中医知识管理问题,且有关中医法律、政策存在空白或偏颇。提出建立一套完整有效的激励机制、搭建中医隐性知识挖掘系统而实现中医隐性知识共享,以及制定专门的中医药传统知识保护法律制度、建立中医药传统知识数据库等建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 During the especially big earthquake disaster happened in Wenchuan,the response of the treatment on the patient made by the doctor of Chinese medicine was rapid,and the organization of the treatment was meticulous.Whether the first aid adopted in the spot,the hospital treatment,or the prevention of diseases and the psychological treatment gave prominence to the characteristics of the Chinese medicine.Meanwhile,they also revealed many problems existing in the knowledge management of the Chinese medicine,such as the knowledge-sharing,intellectual property protection,incentives scheme,the construction of the culture and so on.And there were lack or partial of the related law and the policies about the Chinese medicine.Finally,some suggestions were put forward such as establishing a complete set of effective incentive mechanism;building tacit knowledge mining system so as to achieve tacit knowledge sharing of Chinese medicine;developing the legal policy to protect the traditional knowledge and building the traditional knowledge database of the Chinese medicine.更多还原
