汶川地震引发的建筑结构抗震安全性能探讨

【摘要】 基于汶川地震造成的建筑结构震害分析,从正确进行建筑物选址、注重抗震设计、提高低烈度地区的抗震设防标准、全面实施建筑结构的抗震加固改造、提高学校和医院的抗震设防标准、开展建筑结构抗地震倒塌性能研究、推广和应用新型抗震建筑结构体系、加强建筑工程的质量监管、增强全民的抗震意识等方面探讨了提高建筑结构抗震安全性能的措施。结果表明,严格按照建筑抗震设计规范设计并保证施工质量的建筑物,是能满足"大震不倒"的抗震设防目标。

【Abstract】 Based on the building structures damages in the Wenchuan earthquake,the measures of improving seismic performance of building structures are discussed.The measures include correctly select site of buildings,pay attention to seismic design of buildings,enhance the seismic fortification standard in low intensity regions,give full effect to the seismic strengthening of building structures,enhance the seismic fortification standard of schools and hospitals,develop study on aseismatic collapse performance of building structures,popularize and apply new seismic building structure systems,strengthen supervision of construction quality,raise national aseismatic consciousness,etc.The study shows that the seismic fortification standard of "no collapse under strong earthquake" can be achieved only if the buildings strictly follows Code for Seismic Design of Buildings and the quality of construction is assured.
