基于无线数据传输的医用柔性压力传感器系统的设计

【摘要】 为了实现医院对于病房里病人身体某些部位压力信息的实时无线监测,本文针对外科的一种常见病症骨筋膜室综合征,结合柔性电子、无线数据传输以及云平台等技术,设计了一种医用柔性压力传感器系统用于该病症的辅助监测。该系统的柔性压力传感器部分除芯片等少数器件是刚性外,其余部分均采用柔性材料制备,物理尺寸仅为55 mm*35 mm,柔性便携可穿戴,并且能够在室内65m的范围内实现多个设备的压力数据无线传输。为了验证本设计的可行性,本文设计了一种骨筋膜室综合征的模型实验,实验结果表明该系统能够实时无创监测骨筋膜室综合征。

【Abstract】 In order to realize the real-time wireless monitoring of the pressure information of some parts of the patient’s body in the hospital,this paper designed a auxiliary monitor combined with flexible electronic,wireless data transmission and cloud platform technology. This design aimed at a common surgical,compartment syndrome. The flexible pressure sensor of the system is made of flexible material except for a few devices such as chips,and the other parts made of flexible material. The flexible pressure sensor’s physical size is onely 55 mm*35 mm,flexible and portable,and can realize wireless transmission of pressure data of within a range of 65 m indoors. In order to verify the feasibility of this design,this paper designed a model experiment of compartment syndrome. The experimental results show that the system can monitor the compartment syndrome in real time.
