基于嵌入式设计的CVT绝缘性能带电测试装置

【摘要】 通过分析电容式电压互感器(CVT)停电试验难以有效发现绝缘性能缺陷的实际问题,并对比CVT在线监测系统在进行电压数据暂瞬态分析的不足,提出研制一套CVT绝缘性能带电测试分析装置。装置能够对多个CVT二次电压进行高速采样及实时分析,为CVT暂态故障提供丰富的数据源。装置采用了独特的数据分类存储算法,较小的SD能。装置可配合CVT在线监测系统提高缺陷的检出率;也可单独对CVT进行带电测试,提高停电试验的有效性。

【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of the practical problems of the insulation performance defects in the power outage test of capacitive voltage transformer,and comparing the shortcomings of the CVT online monitoring system in the transient analysis of voltage data,a new test and analysis device for the electrical insulation performance of CVT is proposed. The device can sample and analyze multiple CVT secondary voltages at high speed and provide a rich data source for CVT transient faults. The device uses a unique data classification storage algorithm,and a smaller SD card can have long-term data storage and history playback functions. The device can cooperate with CVT online monitoring system to improve the detection rate of defects;CVT can also be tested separately to improve the effectiveness of the power outage test.
