消息报警平台的研究改进
Improvement of message alarm platform
【摘要】 原有的短信报警系统存在着硬件设备负载经常超限、报警通道单一、无信息交互功能、无报警维修建议等问题,影响了对报警故障的处置率。为此,基于提高报警信息的传达与处理能力的目的,采用了两种方法对系统进行改进:硬件部份采用两个设计成负载均衡的冗余短信猫(MODEM)设备作为支撑;软件部份则采用了消息传达保障技术、定位技术、知识库技术、多通道方式冗余报警方式对平台进行优化。平台经过优化改进后,通过生产实际检验,提高了报警信息的传达与处理能力,报警故障及时处置率由60%左右提高到了100%。
【Abstract】 As a solution to the problems of SMS alarm system,such as hardware load often overrun,only single alarm channel,no information interactive functions,no alarm maintenance recommendations. Therefore, based on the ability to improve communication and alarm information processing purposes, uses two methods to improve the system:hardware component use two redundant GSM MODEM equipment as a support;Software component use message convey support technology, positioning technology, knowledge base technology,multi-channel mode redundancy alarm mode to optimize the platform.After optimization,improved sending and alarm information processing capacity,the actual results show that the alarm failure timely disposal rate increased about 60% to 100%.
