【摘要】 应急避难场所的用地适宜性评价是对应急避难场所的规划、空间布局、选址和建设安全性的合理性的评估。本文基于广州市应急办所提供的应急避难场所数据与及实地调研和文献采集所得数据,构建了城市应急避难场所用地适宜性评价指标框架,利用层次分析法(AHP)与"熵值法"相结合的主客观赋权方法和GIS缓冲区分析,对广州市的应急避难场所用地适宜性开展了评估。结果发现广州市十大应急避难场所的用地适宜性较为理想,但总体上却存在应急避难资源人-地矛盾突出、区域分化大,用地集约程度、避难服务覆盖、规划布局标准亟需提供等问题,并针对性地提出了建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Land-use suitability evaluation on emergency shelters is the examination of land use planning and spatial layout,site selection and accountability of construction of emergency shelters.Based on the data provided by Guangzhou Emergency Management Office and those from field study and reference review,this paper aims to evaluate the land-use suitability of emergency shelters in Guangzhou based on the two evaluation frameworks it built using Analytic Hierarchy Process Method,Entropy Method and Arc GIS buffer analysis.It found that the land-use suitability of the first ten emergency shelters in Guangzhou is good,but the general situation needs to be improved because of the outstanding contradiction of human and land,obvious regional difference,relatively low land use intensity,coverage and planning standards.Suggestions were made at the end.更多还原
