【Abstract】 Mozambique has excellent location and rich mineral resources. The government has formulated preferential policies to encourage mining investment. In 2014, the new Mining Law changed the original mining license system and the supervision and management of mining rights, which had a certain impact on the mining investment environment.Mozambique limestone and dolomitic limestone are exposed throughout the country, of which 27 are larger, but the development utilization rate is lower. In recent years, Mozambique’s economic and social development, infrastructure construction has accelerated, and the demand for cement is huge. The investment in limestone development and utilization has also become an important choice for mining investment. Since the implementation of the "Belt and Road Initiative", Mozambique has strengthened cooperation with China, but investment in Mozambique’s mining industry should fully consider infrastructure and legal risks, and should focus on and selectively invest in the exploitation and utilization of mineral resources.更多还原
