VN微合金化HRB400E抗震钢筋的研制
Trial production of antiseismic ribbed bar of VN-microalloying HRB400E
【摘要】 采用VN微合金化工艺进行HRB400E抗震钢筋的试制,通过对钢筋化学成分、冶炼工艺和轧制工艺的合理设计,成功试制出HRB400E抗震钢筋。对抗震钢筋的力学性能、应变时效性能、金相组织进行研究,结果表明试制的抗震钢筋具有较高的强度和塑性,以及良好的应变时效性能,金相组织正常,能满足GB 1499.2-2007抗震钢筋的要求。
【Abstract】 This paper introduces the rial production of antiseismic ribbed bar of VN-microalloying HRB400E.The steel was manufactured successfully by properly designing its chemical composition,smelting process and rolling process.The tensile strength,strain-aged property and microstructure of HRB400E were researched.Results showed that the steel had high strength and high ductility,good strain-aged property,and normal microstructure.It could satisfy with requirements of antiseismic ribbed bar in GB 1499.2-2007.
