回收橡胶树脂改性沥青混合料高温性能及微观分析

【摘要】 为利用回收橡胶粉与聚乙烯蜡制备回收橡胶树脂(简称"RPRS")改性沥青,制备RPRS改性沥青混合料,针对成型温度、级配类型、孔隙率、RPRS掺量、沥青用量等影响因素,借助正交试验设计方法,以单轴贯入强度和动稳定度作为评价指标,遴选出最佳制备工艺和参数。在此基础上,对其作用机理和高温性能进行分析。结果表明:RPRS改性沥青混合料的最佳级配类型为骨架密实型、最佳成型温度为145℃、最佳RPRS掺量为12%、最佳孔隙率为4%、最佳沥青用量为3. 6%;在基质沥青中掺入RPRS的沥青混合料高温性能显著提高; RPRS改性沥青具有优良的性能,其原因主要在于RPRS对基质沥青的润滑作用。

【Abstract】 In order to prepare recycled rubber resin(" RPRS") modified asphalt by using recycled rubber powder and polyethylene wax,prepare RPRS modified asphalt mixture for molding temperature,grading type,porosity,RPRS content,asphalt Influencing factors such as dosage,with the help of orthogonal experimental design method,the uniaxial penetration strength and dynamic stability were used as evaluation indexes,and the optimal preparation process and parameters were selected. On this basis,the mechanism of action and high temperature performance were analyzed. The results show that the optimum gradation type of RPRS modified asphalt mixture is skeleton compact type,the optimum molding temperature is 145 ℃,the optimum RPRS content is 12%,the optimum porosity is 4%,and the optimum asphalt dosage is 3. 6%; The high temperature performance of asphalt mixture with RPRS in matrix asphalt is significantly improved; RPRS modified asphalt has excellent performance,mainly due to the lubrication effect of RPRS on matrix asphalt.
