青荣城际五沽河特大桥刚构连续梁设计关键问题分析

【摘要】 五沽河特大桥刚构连续梁体量大,墩身截面受边界条件制约,全桥仅设置一处刚臂墩,且工点位于抗震设防烈度6度与7度区域分界点附近,因而其刚臂墩的设计需深入研究,确保全桥的运营安全。文章进行了全桥设置阻尼器方案的计算比较,根据计算结果进行了中墩的抗震设计。通过中墩的压弯、抗剪计算确定其破坏形态和配筋方式,通过局部应力分析优化结构细部尺寸,提高设计精度。综合考虑,本桥未设置阻尼器,实现了优化设计和经济效益的统一。

【Abstract】 As Wugu River rigid frame continuous girder bridge is large in girder body dimension, restricted by boundary conditions in the section of the pier, the bridge has only one fixed pier and located in the area close to the demarcation point of 6 and 7 seismic fortification intensity levels. So it is necessary to study the fixed pier carefully so as to guarantee the operation safety. A calculation has been made on damper setting scheme on the whole bridge. According to the calculation results, the seismic design of the central pier has been done, and the failure pattern and the reinforcement way have been determined based on the bending and shear calculation of the central piers. According to the analysis of local stress, the structure has been optimized in detail to improve the design accuracy. Based on overall consideration, the scheme that the dampers are set on the bridge has not been adopted. Finally the unification of the optimization design and the economic benefits has been got.
