基于MBBR工艺的污水处理厂生物脱氮除磷特征

【摘要】 以长治市某污水处理厂生物处理单元为研究对象,对比了改造前工艺(氧化沟)和改造后工艺(MBBR)的生物脱氮除磷效果,并剖析了新工艺脱氮除磷的生物增效特征。结果表明,改造后总排放口出水中TN、氨氮、TP的月均值分别为12. 0~14. 3、0. 28~1. 33和0. 150~0. 243mg/L,TN浓度满足一级A标准,氨氮和TP浓度满足地表水准Ⅳ类水质标准,且可以实现污水处理的全过程控制。与氧化沟工艺相比,MBBR工艺生物增效特征显著,出水中TN、氨氮、TP的年均值分别为13. 3、0. 61和0. 215 mg/L,分别降低了5. 20、2. 57和0. 518 mg/L。污水处理厂各工艺单元中生物处理单元对去除TN、氨氮和TP的贡献率分别为92. 8%、100%和85. 1%,深度处理单元中混凝沉淀作用对去除TP的贡献比对TN的大。

【Abstract】 The effects of biological nitrogen and phosphorus removal of oxidation ditch process (old process) and MBBR process (new process) in a wastewater treatment plant in Changzhi were compared,and the enhanced biological characteristics of the new process were analyzed. The results indicated that the monthly average values of effluent TN,ammonia nitrogen and TP of the ending discharge port were 12. 0-14. 3 mg/L,0. 28-1. 33 mg/L and 0. 150-0. 243 mg/L respectively.Among them,the effluent TN met the first level A criteria of Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant (GB 18918-2002),and the ammonia nitrogen and TP met the level Ⅳ criteria of Environmental Quality Standards for Surface Water (GB 3838-2002). And the whole process control of the wastewater treatment was realized. Compared with the oxidation ditch process,the MBBR process showed significant biological synergistic characteristics. The annual average values of effluent TN,ammonia nitrogen and TP of the MBBR were 13. 3 mg/L,0. 61 mg/L and 0. 215 mg/L,which decreased by 5. 20 mg/L,2. 57 mg/L and 0. 518 mg/L respectively. In the wastewater treatment plant,92. 8% of TN,100% of ammonia nitrogen and 85. 1% of TP were removed by the biological treatment unit respectively,and coagulation precipitation in the advanced treatment procedure contributed more TP removal rate than that of TN.
