流量波动下新型一体化农村污水设备的处理效果

【摘要】 针对农村地区生活污水的排放特点,开发了一种以MSBR工艺为基础的新型一体化农村污水处理装置,并考察了该装置在不同进水流量及进水方式下的处理性能。在模拟农村生活污水的进水条件下,该一体化装置可稳定有效地去除COD、NH+4-N、TN、TP,相应去除率分别为95%、94%、84%和89%。调研发现,农村生活污水在早、中、晚会出现水力负荷冲击,因此分析了连续和间歇两种进水方式下该设备处理污水的效果。结果表明,在两种进水方式下,出水COD、NH+4-N及TN均可稳定达到一级A标准,TP可稳定达到一级B标准;而且在间歇进水模式下,对TN的去除率更高。为优化装置的处理性能,采取预缺氧池、厌氧池分点进水的措施,其最佳工况为Q预缺氧∶Q厌氧=0.2∶0.8,在此试验条件下,系统对COD、TN和TP的去除率分别为94%、74%、92%,相应的出水浓度分别为25.24、10.91和0.60 mg/L。

【Abstract】 According to the discharge characteristics of domestic sewage in rural areas, a new integrated rural sewage treatment equipment based on the MSBR process was developed, and its processing efficiency under different influent flow and modes was investigated. The integrated equipment was capable to remove COD, NH+4-N, TN and TP stably and effectively under the condition of simulating the rule of rural sewage discharge, and their removal rates were 95%, 94%, 84% and 89% respectively. It was found that rural domestic sewage had hydraulic load impact in the morning, afternoon and evening. Therefore, the equipment performance under continuous and intermittent feeding modes was analyzed separately. The results indicated that the effluent COD, NH+4-N and TN could stably reach the first class A standard and the effluent TP could stably reach the first class B standard under two feeding modes. In addition, the nitrogen removal rate was higher in the intermittent feeding mode. Simultaneous feeding of pre-anoxic pool and anaerobic pool were adopted in order to enhance the device treatment efficiency, and the best flow ratio of Qpre-anoxic and Qanaerobic was 0.2 ∶0.8. Under this condition, the removal rates of COD, TN and TP were 94%, 74% and 92%, and their average effluent concentration was 25.24 mg/L, 10.91 mg/L and 0.60 mg/L, respectively.
