污水处理厂扩建工程中A~2O型氧化沟工艺优化设计

【摘要】 亳州市南部新区污水处理厂原一期工程规模为2. 5×10~4m~3/d,采用预处理/A~2O型氧化沟/二沉池/反硝化深床滤池/消毒工艺流程。结合现状及规划,二期需扩建至5×10~4m~3/d。经调研,一期工艺存在进水中工业废水较多、废水可生化性较差、总磷波动大、出水水质不稳定等问题,为此,扩建工程中进行了设计优化:保持原A~2O型氧化沟主体工艺不变,增设水解池及碳源投加点,以提高污水可生化性;设置多点投加絮凝剂,并增设除磷池,强化化学除磷。实际调试运行表明,扩建工程运行效果稳定、良好,出水水质优于一级A排放标准。

【Abstract】 The original first phase project of the wastewater treatment plant in the southern part of Bozhou City was 2. 5 × 10~4 m~3/d,which adopted combination process of pretreatment/A~2O type oxidation ditch/secondary sedimentation tank/denitrification deep bed filter/disinfection tank. Combined with the current situation and plan,the second phase project needs to be expanded to 5 × 10~4 m~3/d. After investigation,the first phase process had problems including high percentage of industrial wastewater in the influent,poor biodegradability of raw water,large fluctuations of total phosphorus,and unstable effluent quality. In view of the above problems in the first phase,the design optimization was carried out in this expansion project: the original A~2O oxidation ditch was still kept as the main process,hydrolysis tank and carbon source dosing point were added to improve the biodegradability of wastewater; the multipoint dosing flocculant was set up,the dephosphorization tank was applied to strengthen chemical phosphorus removal,etc. After the project was commissioned and operated,the effluent quality was better than the first class A standard.
